All New M2 Tool Steel Top Rings
Total Seal Piston Rings is proud to announce their all new M2 Tool Steel top rings. Theses rings offer the ultimate in durability over any other material commonly used in piston ring manufacturing.
M2 will handle extreme environments like ADRL & NHRA PRO MOD racing where copious amounts of Nitrous Oxide is used or supercharged applications like Top Fuel, Pro Mod & Top Alcohol, just to name a few. These rings keep coming back, round after round, just as strong and sealed up, as they were on the first pass.
Total Seal M2 Tool Steel top rings are available in Gapless or conventional styles, with or without proprietary C-69 anti-friction face coating.
Unlike tool steel rings of the past; Total Seal’s new M2 Tool Steel Rings have a uniform barrel face profile. The face has been pre-lapped for a smooth, quick seating, ring that is not aggressive towards the cylinder wall surface. For those wanting additional friction reductions we offer our C-69 PVD face cating as an option.
Another added benefit of Total Seal’s M2 Tool Steel ring is the axial sizing. Total Seal holds the axial tolerance of .00015” by our Patented Lapping Process. Total Seal M2 rings are also tested to be 100% light tight in their respective bore sizes. Take all these features and add our Gapless option and you have the most durable, best sealing ring, the market has ever seen.
